I just placed my order. How long until I receive my order?

Orders can take 3-6 business days to be fulfilled, shipped and received at your doorstep. Once you have your order number you can be assured you will get your product in a reasonable amount of time.

I don't like my product and want to return it. How do I go about doing that?

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of your date of delivery. You must contact us at support@dougsdojo.com to request and receive an RMA.
